Lucy is one of the Owners of Lakeside Escape and is passionate about welcoming individuals and groups to enjoy the amazing space.
Growing up in the countryside and then bouncing around various towns/cities over the years it always left her craving the connection that uniquely comes from nature.
She has recently completed a training to become a Forest Therapy Practitioner, a formalisation of a lot that she has naturally done throughout her life and is excited to share this with others.

I’m Juliet, I’m a fully qualified and insured Gong Practitioner, Sound Therapist and Reiki Master and the face behind HeadSpace Healing! I feel such a deep passion for Sound as a healing tool/modality and have felt honoured over the time I have been practising to have seen what a huge impact it has had on both my clients and myself. Sound has been used for many thousands of years in healing, ritual, and ceremony from ancient times, and now today has become widely accepted as a healing practice to help balance and reset the nervous system, lower stress/anxiety, aid pain relief and promote restful sleep.
I offer both group and individual Sound Bath sessions and work mainly with my beautiful Gongs as well as crystal and Tibetan bowls, shamanic drum, chimes and native American flute to provide a soundscape where your body and mind can relax, re-set and restore.
I am so looking forward to being a part of Lucy and James’ events and retreat days at Lakeside Escape at Plantations where I will be offering group Sound Journeys both indoors and outdoors in their beautiful, serene Orchard space.

I join the team with three years of teaching experience and 425 hours of dedicated training. I am passionate about sharing the transformative power of yoga. I specialise in Hatha yoga, a practice that is accessible to all levels, including complete beginners. My classes focus on creating a welcoming and supportive environment, allowing each student to explore their practice at their own pace. Through mindful movement and breath, I aim to help my students cultivate strength, flexibility and inner peace.
